Our Jellyfish swimming program introduces young swimmers to the water while focusing on building a strong foundation for self-rescue skills. Early lessons will emphasize holds and assists, getting your child's face and eyes wet, and practicing back floats. As the program progresses, we will incorporate submersion and more advanced floating techniques, helping your child combine these skills in sequence.

Each lesson strikes a balance between fun activities and the development of essential water safety skills, ensuring your swimmer feels confident and safe in the water. Additionally, we provide valuable tips and tricks that can be practiced at home, as well as discuss essential topics like infant first aid and CPR.

For children under 12 months old, we offer our Parent and Tot Program where the parent or caregiver is actively involved in the lesson, helping guide and support the child. Once your child reaches around 1 year, we begin transitioning to one-on-one instruction, allowing the child to gradually learn independently with the instructor. Adult accompanying the child for the Parent & Tot Program must be 16+.

Jellyfish 1: Ages 4-12 months old

Jellyfish 2: Ages 12-24 months old

Jellyfish 3: Ages 2-3 years old
