Stroke Development, Endurance & Water Safety

The Dolphin Swim Program is designed for children ages 6 and up, focusing on stroke development, endurance training, and water safety. This program helps swimmers refine their skills, build confidence, and master essential self-rescue techniques.

Swimmers begin by learning fundamental swimming techniques before progressing to proper stroke mechanics, advanced techniques, and survival skills, including the swim-to-survive sequence. With a strong emphasis on skill development, this program prepares swimmers for leadership courses if desired.

Key Benefits of the Dolphin Swim Program:

  • Stroke technique & skill progression for front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke & more

  • Water safety & self-rescue techniques to enhance confidence in deep water

  • Endurance training & stamina building to improve overall swimming ability

With ten progressive levels, swimmers move at their own pace, developing the skills needed for lifelong water confidence. Sign up for the Dolphin Swim Program today and watch your child thrive in the water!

A description of prerequisite skills for registration at each level of our kid’s swimming programs are listed below. If you’re unsure which level your child should be registered for, feel free to reach out to us—we’d be happy to assist and guide you through the process.
